Lydia Tong is the recipient of the Mitchell and Priscilla Lou Scholarship
Lydia is the editor-in-chief of Bellaire’s newspaper, the Three Penny Press, president of the PERIOD club, and vice-president of the Future Problem Solvers club. Outside of school, Lydia founded a nonprofit dedicated to eliminating the educational disparity worldwide. She is a proud member of the PBS Student Advisory Board, where she guides editorial production for PBS. For fun, Lydia loves to shoot documentaries/photographs and create extravagant dishes in the kitchen.
